Warning

Polymagnets are not toys. If ingested, magnets, including Polymagnets, can lead to bowel injury, blockage or severe infection or death. All strong magnets, including Polymagnets, should be kept away from small children.

Order Cancellation Policy

We typically ship Polymagnet ® orders shortly after payment, so canceling an order may be difficult. If you wish to cancel your order, notify us immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before it is processed and sent for shipping. If it has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order, and it will be subject to our return policy.

Return Policy

We accept returns on all non-custom Polymagnets returned to us in original and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. We will do not accept returns on magnets that have been damaged due to improper handling or that show signs of wear. Shipping fees are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Please email us at returns@polymagnet.com to receive an RMA number before returning any products. Return refund processing can take up to 30 days, depending on the form of payment.

Any order returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded the total invoiced amount minus shipping and any return shipping charges. If you would like the order reshipped to a different address, we require that you pay another shipping fee. Any shipments refused by addressee are also subject to shipping and return shipping charges.

Damaged Polymagnets

Polymagnets are carefully packaged for shipment. In the unusual event that Polymagnets are damaged in shipping, you must report such damage to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt. Also, shipping damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your shipment so that CMR can initiate a claim with the carrier. Please keep all boxes and packing material so that we can provide such material to the carrier for inspection.

Incomplete/Incorrect Shipment

We do our best to ensure that all Polymagnets are included and correct. In the unusual circumstance that you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment. CMR, at our discretion, will either refund or replace the item(s) in question.

Privacy Policy

We will not share your personal information or email address with anyone outside of our company without your permission. We may email you regarding your order or to follow up and answer any questions you may have about your Polymagnets.

Limited Warranty

Given the range of potential end uses for Polymagnets, our warranty is strictly limited to guaranteeing that our Polymagnets will be free of manufacturing defects. Our only obligation is to replace such defective products or refund the purchase price of such defective products.  EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION, CMR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY RESPECTING THE PRODUCTS OR ANY PARTS OR COMPONENTS THEREOF, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Liability

Acceptance of any order is conditioned on Buyer's acceptance of these terms. We shall not be liable, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, for consequential, special or incidental damages. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount of the purchase price for any individual allegedly defective Polymagnet. The buyer's limited right to replacement is the Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

Disclaimer

We supply magnet dimensions, force curves, and other information as a means of describing normal Polymagnet characteristics. All such characteristics are subject to typical neodymium magnet manufacturing and magnetization tolerances.CMR does not warrant, represent, or guarantee the accuracy of the magnet characteristic information on this website. CMR specifically disclaims any and all liability for any claims or damages that may result from providing the website or the information it contains, including any web sites maintained by other parties and linked to this website.

Certifications

Retail / Off-The-Shelf Polymagnets are provided for prototype and sample purposes only.  Retail samples may contain a mix of magnets from various batches and are not tracked, therefore, we do not supply certifications for retail orders.  Our factory provides tracking for mass production orders and is certified to ISO 9001 / 14001 and IATF 16949 (among others).  Certificates tracking lot #s / batch #s and test results can be requested for orders placed directly with our factory.  If you need a certification for an order, please see our contact page to request a direct purchase.

Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be interpreted according to the law of the State of Delaware, without regard to its choice of law provisions. Buyer agrees to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and Federal courts in Madison County, Alabama for any disputes related in anyway to the purchased Polymagnets and irrevocably waives all objections to that jurisdiction and venue for those disputes.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the final and entire agreement among the Parties with respect to the subject here of.Any statement of Seller, Seller's sales representative, or any agent of seller or any different or additional terms and conditions of other order form(s) submitted by Buyer respecting the Products or the order shall be given no force or effect unless it has been accepted and signed by Seller's authorized representative.


 

Payment Information

We accept the following methods of payment:
    • Credit Card: Our website uses a secure connection Stripe.com for payment processing. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for the privacy and security of your information. We accept the following credit cards: Visa Mastercard Discover American
    • Engineering Services Purchase Order: We only accept Purchase Orders for custom Polymagnet design, from businesses with approved credit.
      Please email orders@polymagnet.com for PO payment instructions.
    • Polymagnet Purchase Orders: Orders greater than 100 Polymagnets are placed directly with our factory in China, with an average 6 week lead time.

Sales tax will be charged for orders placed in Alabama and California.


 

Shipping  & Returns

Shipping
      • We will make every effort to ship orders out by the next business day. Please note that orders containing items on backorder will ship once those items are available.

      • We offer a wide variety of shipping options from UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

        • All shipments going to a PO Box or APO must ship via USPS.

        • USPS Does not guarantee date specific deliveries, nor do they offer a tracking service for standard International mail parcels. You will receive an email from CMR when your items have shipped.

      • Shipping costs will be determined by weight of shipment and the shipping speed selected.

      • Shipping rates for international and domestic shipments are displayed during checkout.

      • UPS and FedEx charges a brokerage fee which ranges between $30-50 for processing of international shipments. This fee is not collected by CMR, and is charged at the carrier’s discretion when the packages are delivered.  International orders shipped via USPS may require import taxes to be paid before being released from customs.

Returns
